Now that Kanye West's album Jesus Is King has been officially released, the 42-year-old rapper has turned his attention to his next business item: Adidas Yeezy Foam Runner. Launched next year, the slip-on clog is partially made from algae from lakes.

Hello curves! Let's take a look at Kim Kardashian's body evolution over the past decade, shall we?

West introduced the new shoe at the Fast Company Innovation Festival with Steven Smith, chief designer of Yeezy. The two took to the stage on Thursday, November 7, with a khaki brown version of the shoe. According to Smith, the kicks are a step toward the ecological mission that West sought from the outset.

The new Yeezys are made from a foam made from algae that will be blended with petroleum-based ethylene vinyl acetate. "This is just the beginning of the future," said Smith, referring to the successful use of the renewable resource in shoe manufacturing.

As part of the conversation, West explained how the brand is working diligently to innovate and focus more on sustainability. "Yeezy is going into innovation," said the father of four. "We moved headquarters to Cody, Wyoming and we have a 4,000-acre farm and some other properties out there."

He continued: “Let's grow, plant seeds, have our own cotton hydropod, hemp farm – so we can see all the elements and how we can have less impact on the dyes, because our color is a big signature of the brand, but also the Dyeing is one of the main things that is affecting the planet in the fashion industry. "

The singer teased Yeezy Foam Runner in September. His daughter, North, was photographed wearing prototype shoes, matching sky-blue sweatpants and a tie shirt.

But many fans pointed out that the shoe's silhouette is similar to Croc's, which brought mixed reactions. One user wrote with disapproval: "This is literally a Yeezy crocodile." Another fan inside the shoe wrote: "Everyone sees an ugly shoe, but all I see are luxury crocs and I'm here for it."
